    egg yolks
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    ml
    cocoa
  • 50
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
  • 100
    ml
    milk, boiled
  • 100
    ml
    cream, stiffly whipped
 

Method

 
Beat the egg yolks, sugar and cocoa until thick. Add the chocolate and milk and blend thoroughly. Fold in the cream. Freeze, beating once or twice during the freezing time to prevent ice crystals from forming. Serves 6.
