Ingredients (4)

200.00 g dark chocolate
100.00 g butter
10.00 ml brandy
400.00 g sponge finger biscuits — broken

Method:

Melt chocolate gently in a bowl over hot water. Melt butter over low heat. Add to chocolate.
Stir in brandy and sponge fingers. Mix thoroughly but lightly.
Press mixture into small loaf pan and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Cut into small cubes and serve with coffee.
