    chocolate morsels

    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 125
    g
    butter
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Grease muffin pans. Combine cocoa and boiling water to form a paste. Allow to cool. Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together in a bowl. Add morsels. Combine egg, evaporated milk, melted butter and cocoa mixture. Add to dry ingredients. Mix lightly. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes until done. Remove from pans and allow to cool.
