Crust: Mix the biscuits, liqueur and butter and press the mixture onto the base of the prepared tin.
Filling: Heat the chocolate and cream in a double boiler or in the microwave oven until the chocolate has melted. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, stirring well. Add the melted chocolate mixture, liqueur and salt and mix. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool completely and chill in the fridge overnight.
