BASIC DOUGH
250.00 g butter
400.00 g brown sugar
1.00 eggs — large
210.00 g flour — cake
10.00 ml Baking powder
50.00 ml cocoa powder

Method:

Beat the butter and sugar together until light. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in the remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. Shape into biscuits and place onto a greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Makes: ±40 biscuits
Baking time: 20 minutes
Oven temperature: 160 ºC
