    butter
  • 400
    g
    brown sugar
  • 1
    large egg
  • 210

    cake flour
  • 10

    baking powder
  • 50

    cocoa
 

Method

Beat the butter and sugar together until light. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in the remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. Shape into biscuits and place onto a greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Makes: ±40 biscuits Baking time: 20 minutes Oven temperature: 160 ºC
