Ingredients

    cup
    PnP cream, whipped
  • 1
    cup
    PnP Finest luxury truffle ganache
  • 3
    cup
    fresh berries
  • 1.5
    cup
    Swiss rolls, sliced, or crumbled shortbread biscuits
  • 50
    g
    milk chocolate
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Fold half the whipped cream through the ganache

Layer biscuits or Swiss roll slices, ganache and berries in a large glass bowl or individual shot glasses

Top with dollops of remaining cream and sprinkle over grated chocolate.
