Fold in the flour and cocoa powder ? take care not to over mix or the sponge will be tough. Add the melted butter and dark chocolate. Spoon the mixture into a greased pudding bowl. Cover tightly with foil. Bring a large pot, half-filled with water, to the boil. Place the pudding bowl inside, making sure the water comes only halfway up the sides. Simmer for 1 hour ? the pudding should be soft and spongy. Melt the chocolate and cream together; mix until smooth. Once the pudding is ready turn it out and pour over the wonderful decadent chocolate sauce.
