Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 200
    g
    ginger biscuits
  • 150
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • FILLING
  • 310
    g
    Nestlé Dessert Cream
  • 15
    ml
    orange liqueur
  • 300
    g
    Nestlé Albany chocolate, chopped
  • extra cream to serve
 

Method

 
Crust
Blend biscuits in a food processor to form fine crumbs.
Add butter and sugar, and mix well.
Spoon crust into a 20cm-pie dish (preferably one with a loose bottom) and spread evenly on the base and up the sides.

Filling
Heat the Dessert Cream, add the liqueur and Dark chocolate and stir through until smooth.
Pour the filling into the shell, and place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until set.

To serve
Put a dollop of cream on each slice. For a special treat, decorate the tart with miniature chocolate eggs.
