Choc peach delight

    packet Romany Cream biscuits
  • 1
    small can (155 g) Nestlé Dessert Cream, chilled
  • 1
    can (825 g) peach halves


15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Coarsely crush the biscuits.
Add the Cream to the crumbs gradually to form a stiff mixture.
Place a large spoonful of the mixture into each peach half.
Place in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes until chocolate begins to melt.
Serve with extra cream if liked.
This dessert is also excellent served cold - simply omit last step.

This is perfect when you need a tasty dessert in a hurry!
Vary the filling by using ginger or buttercrust biscuits for a change of flavour.
