Ingredients (6)

100.00 g pecan nuts
100.00 g raisins — seedless
100.00 g sultanas
1.00 orange — zest only
100.00 g chocolate — melted
100.00 g white chocolate

Method:

Finely chop the nuts and fruit and mix in a mixing bowl.
Add the grated rind and the melted milk chocolate.
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls (If the chocolate hardens before you have finished shaping the mixture, melt the entire mixture in the microwave oven again for a few seconds.)
Arrange the balls on a baking tray and chill.
Melt the white chocolate and dip half of each ball in it.
Return to the baking tray and set aside until the chocolate has hardened. Do not return to the fridge as the chocolate will lose it shine.
