Ingredients (4)

1.00 eggs — large, whites only
80.00 g sugar
40.00 g cornflakes
125.00 ml chocolate — mint flavoured, grated

Method:

Beat the egg white until stiff.
Add the sugar and then beat for two minutes.
Fold in the remaining ingredients.
Place spoonfuls of the mixture on a greased and lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 160 °C oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool on the baking tray.
