Ingredients (6)

8.00 chicken — drumsticks
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
45.00 ml butter — melted
60.00 g potato chips — cheese and onion, crushed

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Place chicken portions in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix crushed garlic and chopped parsley into butter and drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle crushed chips over chicken.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Serve with parsnip chips (see tips) and a salad.
