Ingredients (12)

45.00 ml sunflower oil — sesame oil, more as needed
100.00 g cashew nuts
65.00 ml sesame seeds
250.00 g oyster mushrooms — or button mushrooms
500.00 g pak choy — chopped
200.00 g sugar snap peas
100.00 g green beans — trimmed
200.00 g chinese cabbage — chopped
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
10.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
200.00 g tofu — cubed
plum sauce — (or oyster sauce)

Method:

Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan until very hot. Add all ingredients except tofu and plum sauce. Stir-fry quickly until vegetables have wilted, about 5 minutes. Add tofu and plum sauce and heat through. Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.
