Chinese-spiced sticky pork rashers

    ml
    hoisin sauce
  • 2
    Tbs
    PnP lemon juice
  • 2
    tsp
    grated ginger
  • 1
    Tbs
    honey
  • 60
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 12
    medium pork rashers
  • 3
    guavas - peeled and
  • chopped into quarters
 

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix the first five ingredients together.

Add pork rashers and guavas and toss to coat. Place rashers and guavas in a roasting pan. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve with a salad of finely sliced red cabbage and spring onion.
