Mix tomato sauce, minced chilli, coriander, garlic, paprika and lemon juice together.
Baste kebabs well with this mixture and grill for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once or twice during cooking.
Serve with baked potatoes and a green salad or in a pita bread with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
You could save money and buy chicken breast fillets, cube and thread onto skewers yourself.
If chicken doesn't do it for you, cube and skewer about 400 g beef fillet, rump or sirloin.
These kebabs work equally well on the braai.
