Chilli pasta sauce

Ingredients (10)

2 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
1 onion — finely chopped
2 red chillies — chopped
3 garlic — cloves, chopped
2 can tomatoes — peeled and chopped
1 x 70g can tomato paste
2 tsp capers
5 - 6 anchovy fillets
20 olives — black, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup wine — red

Method:

Fry the chilli, garlic, anchovy and onion in the olive oil until the onion
are soft.
Add the olives, capers, tomatoes, tomato paste and red wine,
bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for anything between half an
hour and an hour, the longer you simmer the sauce, the stronger the
tomato flavor will be.

Serve on top of your favourite pasta.
