Chilli beef stir-fry

    rump steak, thinly sliced

    oil

    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 50

    chilli masala sauce (or more as desired)

    Worcestershire sauce
  • 3
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 1
    red pepper, sliced
  • 440

    baby corn, drained
  • 30

    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    fresh coriander, chopped
 

Method

 
Combine steak, oil, garlic, onion, sauces and ginger in a bowl and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Stir-fry beef mixture in a hot wok or frying pan until lightly browned. Add red pepper, corn, lemon juice and coriander and stir-fry until beef is tender. Serve in pita bread pockets.
