Chilli bean ciabatta

    ml
    minced chilli (or more to taste)
  • 1
    Chorizo sausage
  • 410
    g
    good quality baked beans
  • 15
    ml
    tomato paste
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 1
    ciabatta loaf (Italian bread)
  • 1
    avocado, peeled and chopped
 

Method

 
Heat pan, add chilli and sausage and dry fry for three to four minutes.
Add beans, tomato paste and seasoning and heat through. Meanwhile toast ciabatta.
Place hot beans on toast and top with avocado. Serve hot.
