Chilli and coriander couscous

    ml
    olive oil
  • 10
    ml
    dried chilli flakes
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    lemon, the peel, finely grated
  • 500
    ml
    couscous
  • 500
    ml
    boiling water
 

Method

 
Heat olive oil in a pot.
Stir-fry chilli flakes, salt and lemon for 30 seconds.
Add couscous and water.
Cover immediately with a lid and remove from the heat.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Remove lid and fluff with a fork.
