    frozen raspberries or mixed berries

    icing sugar

    schnapps
  • 250
    ml
    double thick cream
  • 250
    ml
    sour cream
  • 30
    ml
    clear honey
  • 2
    kiwi fruit, sliced and peeled
  • 125
    g
    oat cereal
 

Method

 
1. Purée frozen raspberries with icing sugar and schnapps until smooth. 2. Whip cream until it holds its shape, then fold in sour cream and honey. 3. Layer raspberry and cream mixtures, kiwi fruit and oat cereal alternately into 4 glasses. Refrigerate until needed. Serve on the same day.
