Ingredients (15)

2 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
2-3 onion — chopped
2 garlic — cloves, crushed
500 g beef mince
2 x 400g can tomatoes — peeled and chopped
2 red chillies — chopped
2 green chilli — chopped
1 tsp cumin — ground
1 tsp coriander — ground
1 cinnamon — stick
Worcestershire sauce
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 x 400g can red kidney beans — tinned, drained and rinsed
1 x 400g can borlotti beans — tinned
1 fresh coriander — chopped

Method:

Fry
the onion and garlic until soft, then add the mince.
Flavour
with salt and pepper and fry until brown, add the Worcestershire sauce and fry
for another minute or two.
Add
the tomatoes, chillies, cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon stick and most of the
coriander leaves.
Bring
to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for ¾ to 1 hour.
Add
the beans and mix through, simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with a coriander leaves on
top.
