    Dressing: buttermilk

    chopped fresh chives

    wholegrain mustard

    honey

    Salad: mizuna leaves
  • 410
    g
    chickpeas
  • 2
    carrots, finely grated
  • 2
    slices
    feta cheese, broken into smaller pieces
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1
    ripe avocado, cut into wedges
  • 20
    ml
    sesame seeds, toasted
 

Method

 
Dressing Combine all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.

Salad Layer the salad ingredients in the order listed on a salad platter or 4 individual plates. Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
