Ingredients (10)

410.00 g chickpeas — tinned
750.00 ml baby spinach
125.00 ml fresh herbs
250.00 ml feta cheese — reduced fat
60.00 ml verjuice
30.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
60.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
30.00 ml water
7.00 ml wholegrain mustard
1.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed

Method:

Toss chickpeas, spinach and roughly chopped herbs into a bowl.
Break feta into bite-sized chunks and add to bowl.
Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together, pour into salad and mix well.
