410.00 g butter beans — tinned, drained
250.00 ml olives — calamata, sliced
250.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
125.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
125.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
60.00 ml vinegar — red wine
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard
0.00 0 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
