Chicken with Parmesan and herb crust

  • 250
    ml
    white breadcrumbs
  • 30
    ml
    parmesan cheese
  • 15
    ml
    sage leaves
  • 10
    ml
    lemon or orange peel milled pepper
  • 2
    chicken breast fillets
  • 1
    egg white
 

Method

 

Preheat oven to 200 &dash with the baking tray in the oven. Mix breadcrumbs,parmesan,sage,lemon peel and milled pepper together.

Lightly season with salt to taste &dash watch out,as oarnesab cab be qyute salty.
Dip both sides of the chicken into lightly beaten egg white and then into crumb mixture.
Place chicken on the preheated tray and bake for 10-15 minutes,depending on the thickness of the chicken
