    cinnamon

    nutmeg

    ml
    allspice
  • 1
    ml
    ground cloves
  • 190
    ml
    vinegar
  • 190
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 18
    ml
    salt
  • 15
    ml
    rum
  • 24
    chicken wings

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients except chicken in a blender.
Marinade chicken for at least three hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake chicken until sticky and brown.
Serve with honeyed sweet potato.
