De-seed and soak chillies in boiling water.
Boil lemons and squeeze the juice.
Liquidize the lemon, fresh garlic and chillies.
Add salt to taste.
Lastly add parsely, ground almonds and sesame seeds.
Pour into sterilized bottles and use as required.
Cut one chicken into quarters.
Make slits into the chicken.
Marinate the chicken in the marinade,add a little bit of tomato sauce and Greek yogurt to make the chicken milder.
Allow to marinate for a few hours (preferably overnight).
Combine olive oil with the juice of 1 lemon and a few sprigs of rosemary.
Braai the chicken, basting regularly
with the above mixture- this prevents the chicken from drying out and
retains flavour and colour.
