Ingredients (5)

30.00 ml tikka paste
60.00 ml yoghurt — Greek
3.00 chicken breast fillets — cubed
bananas — sliced
fresh coriander

Method:

1. Mix the tikka paste with the Greek yoghurt in a freezer container.
2. Add the cubed chicken and marinate overnight, then freeze. Use within two months.
TO SERVE: Thaw overnight in the fridge, then grill until cooked and golden. Thread onto cocktail sticks with slices of banana and coriander leaves.
