Chicken stir-fry with sesame seed

Ingredients (9)

500.00 g chicken breast fillets — cut into strips
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
15.00 ml sesame seeds
20.00 ml soy sauce
175.00 g spinach — finely chopped
200.00 g oyster mushrooms — or button mushrooms, halved
g butter beans — tinned and drained
15.00 ml vinegar — white garpe

Method:

Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a wok or fairly large pan and stir-fry the chicken strips until done. Add the sesame seed and soy sauce and mix. Remove the chicken to a side dish.
Stir-fry the mushrooms in a little extra olive oil until lightly browned and add the spinach. Stir-fry for one minute more or until the spinach is done. Add the chicken and beans and heat through. Add the vinegar and season with extra salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
