Chicken stir-fry with mustard seed and corn rice

    chicken breast fillets

    onions, cut into small wedges
  • 4
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 15

    ginger, grated
  • 5
    ml
    paprika
  • 5
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • 60
    ml
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 200
    g
    green beans
  • 250
    ml
    chicken stock
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry chicken breast fillets, cut into 4 pieces each, with onions until lightly browned. Add garlic, ginger, spices, peanut butter, green beans and chicken stock. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with mustard seed and corn rice and fried banana.
