  • 1
    kg
    chicken breasts, deboned (reserve skin)
  • 50
    ml
    mild curry powder
  • 20
    ml
    oil
  • 7
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    lemon (juice)
 

Method

 
Cube the chicken. Mix the curry powder, oil and salt to a paste and use to cover the chicken. Thread the cubes onto sosatie skewers, and drizzle with lemon juice. Cook under the grill, turning frequently, until just done. Serve with mango atjar. Makes 12-14 medium sosaties.
