Chicken skewers

    soy sauce

    cloves garlic, crushed

    sherry
  • 20

    brown sugar

    oil
  • 800
    g
    chicken breast fillets, cubed
  • salt and black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients, except the salt and leave for 1 hour. Thread chicken onto skewers and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes 10 cm above moderate coals.
