    ml
    turmeric
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 100
    g
    chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips
 

Method

 
Combine the turmeric, sugar and salt and sprinkle over the chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate in the mixture. Thread onto skewers and grill under a hot oven grill or over the coals until just done. Serve with peanut sauce and Thai atchar (see recipes).
