Chicken pasta salad

    g
    penne pasta
  • 100
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • 100
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 3
    cooked chicken breast fillets, sliced
  • 12
    black olives, pitted
  • 8
    plum tomatoes, halved
  • 125
    ml
    cubed feta with peppercorns
 

Method

12‑15 minutes
 
1. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain, rinse and set aside. 2. Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise, season to taste and combine with cooled pasta and remaining ingredients.
