Chicken korma wrapped in a roti with stir-fried chilli and ginger

  • 2 packets readymade chicken korma
  • 15 ml oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 1 x 10 cm piece of ginger, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 1 red chilli, cut in half lengthways
  • 4 rotis, warmed


Heat chicken korma.
In a frying pan, heat oil and fry onion, curry leaves, ginger and chilli.
Cook until light brown.
Spoon chicken korma onto the warmed rotis and scatter over the fragrant topping.
Serve with chopped tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, dhania and yoghurt.
