Chicken drumsticks or wings with marmalade

    orange marmalade
  • 30
    lemon juice

    garlic chives

    chicken drumsticks or wings
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Blend the orange marmalade, lemon juice and oil. (Heat slightly in the microwave oven to soften the marmalade.) Add the garlic chives and mix well. Arrange the chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marmalade mixture over the chicken pieces and bake for about 1 hour or until the chicken is done. Remove the lid during the last 15 minutes of the baking time to brown the chicken. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Serves 6.
