Chicken curry with yoghurt and chunky fruit sauce

  • 250
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • 5
    ml
    cornflour
  • chicken curry
  • tropical fruit of your choice
  • fresh coriander leaves
 

Method

 
Stabilise a cup of natural yoghurt by adding a teaspoon of cornflour. Stir the yoghurt into a chicken curry at the end of the cooking time and serve in bowls topped with a chunky sauce made of chopped tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango, banana and pawpaw. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
