    shredded cooked chicken

    sultanas

    medium onions, chopped
  • 250

    mayonnaise

    smooth apricot jam

    lemon juice

    cream of chicken soup

    curry powder

    milk
  • 3
    ml
    mixed dried herbs

    eggs, whisked
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

45-50 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF) and spray a medium ovenproof dish with non-stick spray or grease well. Gently mix the chicken, sultanas and onion and spoon into the ovenproof dish. Beat the remaining ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken end mix gently with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven until set and golden brown (45-50 minutes). Serve with rice, peas and a salad. Serves 4-5.
