Wash and pat dry chicken thighs. Season with salt, garam masala and coriander.Heat oil in a saucepan and brown chicken on all sides. Remove from heat.Wrap each thigh in bacon. Place rosemary on top of each. Place chicken and cocktail tomatoes on a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove a portion of vegetables from the bag and place in a pot of boiling water.Cook for two minutes until vegetables are tender, but still crunchy. Season to taste.Serve chicken with McCain Steam it! Vegetables.
