Chicken Wraps

Chicken wrap

    garlic, crushed

    chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced

    small onion, sliced
  • 6
    baby pattypans, sliced
  • 6
    piquanté peppers, chopped

    natural yoghurt, warmed
  • 4
    flour tortillas

1. Heat the olive oil in a heavy- based frying pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the chicken and fry over a high heat for two minutes, then add the onion and pattypans and stir-fry for a further three minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste.

2. Mix the piquanté peppers and the yoghurt.

3. Spoon the chicken filling into the tortillas and top with the yoghurt sauce. Fold up to form a wrap and serve immediately.
