Ingredients (7)

1 avocado — halved
2 chicken breast fillets — cooked, diced
1 celery — sliced
1 Tbs curry paste
1/4 cup mayonnaise — or low-fat dressing
1 Tbs lemon juice
almonds — toasted, to garnish

Method:

Combine all ingredients and fill avocado halves.

Garnish with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
