Chicken in a crunchy mustard coating

Ingredients (7)

120 ml Dijon mustard
80 ml yoghurt — plain
10 ml lemon juice
1 garlic — cloves, crushed
chicken — pieces
100 ml breadcrumbs — dried
olive oil — for drizzling

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine the mustard, yoghurt, lemon juice and garlic in a shallow bowl.

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper, then dip them into the mustard mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumbs liberally onto the chicken and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
