    cooked chicken
  • 500
    ml
    cooked rice
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 200
    g
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 410
    g
    asparagus soup
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 5
    ml
    dried basil
  • 45
    ml
    butter
  • 60
    g
    soft breadcrumbs
 

Method

30 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Mix all the ingredients except the butter and breadcrumbs, and spoon into an ovenproof dish. Melt the butter, add the breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown. Sprinkle over the dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and bread. Serves 4.
