Cheesy baked haddock

    ml
    milk
  • 40
    ml
    cornflour
  • 300
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 400
    g
    haddock fillets
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 40
    ml
    freshly chopped parsley
 

Method

30-40 min
 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Mix milk and cornflour together until smooth and heat, stirring, until thickened. Mix 200 ml cheese into sauce and season to taste. Place haddock in a greased ovenproof dish and pour sauce over before topping with a layer of sliced tomato. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes and serve immediately with vegetables of your choice. Serves 4.
