    1 packet marie or tennis biscuits, coarsely crushed
  • 50
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 397
    g
    2 cans condensed milk (397 g eacg)
  • 230
    g
    2 containers smooth cottage cheese (230 g each)
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 22 cm springform cake tin.

Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter and press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared tin.

Chill until hard.

Mix the lemon juice, condensed milk and cottage cheese and spoon the mixture on top of the cold crust.

Bake for 20 minutes and leave to cool in the tin.

Chill until cold and firm.

Serve with a fruit coulis.
