Ingredients

  • 300
    g
    white Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 100
    g
    butter
  • 100
    ml
    finely chopped parsley
  • 30
    ml
    brandy
 

Method

 
Place the cheese, butter and parsley in a food processor and process till smooth. Add the brandy while the machine is running. Roll into a long thin roll, wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap and freeze till firm but not frozen. Slice thinly and serve with the savoury biscuits.
