    tuna, drained and flaked
  • 100

    mayonnaise
  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese (savoury)
  • 125
    ml
    grated cheese
  • 1
    hard-boiled egg, mashed
  • 375
    ml
    finely grated cheese
  • 100
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 200
    g
    savoury biscuits, crushed
  • 65
    ml
    butter, melted
 

Method

 
Spray a plastic ring mould with non-stick spray. Mix the tuna and mayonnaise well and spoon into the bottom of the prepared mould, spreading evenly. Mix the cheeses and spoon on top of the tuna layer, spreading it evenly. Mix the mashed egg, cheese and mayonnaise and spread on top. Mix the savoury biscuits and butter together, sprinkle on top and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Cover and chill for at least one hour. Turn out carefully on a serving platter. Serve as a starter or a light meal. Serves 6-8.
