Ingredients (4)

250.00 ml flour — cake
500.00 ml cheddar cheese — finely grated
100.00 g butter — grated
30.00 g potato chips — cheese and onion, crushed

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and spray two large baking sheets with non-stick spray or grease lightly with butter.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process or mix by hand to form a soft dough. Chill for about 15 minutes until slightly stiff.
Roll into walnut-sized balls and make a small indentation in the centre of each ball with your finger. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet, leaving enough room in between for them to rise, and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until a pale golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
