Cheese and tomato with avocado and watercress

    ml
    crumbly cottage cheese (plain or with herbs)
  • 4
    tortillas
  • 1
    avocado, peeled, pip removed and flesh sliced into thin wedges
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 16
    sprigs
    watercress
  • 25
    ml
    sunflower seeds, toasted
 

Method

 
Divide the cottage cheese among the tortillas. Arrange the avocado, tomatoes and watercress on top and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Fold or roll up the tortillas.
