Cheese-and-salmon puffs

    can salmon
  • 1
    tub smooth cream cheese with herbs
  • 800
    ready-made puff pastry
  • 1
    large egg

Drain salmon and mix with the cream cheese to combine well.
Unroll the pastry and cut out rounds using a cookie cutter.
Place half of the pastry rounds on a greased baking tray. Place a teaspoonful of filling on each one. Brush edges with water.
Top with remaining pastry rounds and press edges closed with a fork. Brush with egg and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
